Key Technologies: React, TypeScriptIn my last three years at Monster, I focused on building and enhancing a user-facing Single Page Application (SPA) for job seekers, adding significant new features and optimizing performance. I continuously improved the user experience through A/B testing and performance optimizations, resulting in more efficient and engaging interfaces.Earlier in my role, I was part of the team that rewrote the platform from the ground up, transitioning it to a microservice architecture. I worked on creating dynamic, reusable components using React and TypeScript, which were integrated into the company's shared component library via Storybook. Prior to that, I was responsible for maintaining and enhancing a legacy front-end application while contributing to the initial transition to React SPA.

Key Technologies: Angular, AngularJS, TypeScriptDeveloped a pension fund app for a big Czech bank. Led the gradual upgrade from a legacy AngularJS app to Angular, implementing all new modules and features in Angular. Also mentored junior developers throughout the process.
