I worked as a Supply chain manager with key roles as Demand Planning and forecasting, Inventory & warehouse operations.

My key role in this position was for overall supply chain development and operations management. Managing 100+ vendors, Planning inventories, Ecommerce operations, contract management, firstmile operations, warehouse operations, price negotiation, budget allocation, new product development and pricing.

As a Deputy area manager of lastmile operations, key role was to manage B2C deliveries of all order in Delhi North and Central. Average daily orders approx. 4500. Managing a fleet of 400-500 delivery executives. Capacity planning and expansion planning for cost effective delivery. Coordinate with customer service team for fast resolutions and customer satisfaction.

As a welfare offices in a production plant I learnt about Shift planning, production planning, Budget planning and allocation, Stores and supply chain planning, FMCG production laws and required certifications, Quality management, Machine maintenance and planning, infrastructure development.
