• Effective execution of the Order Realization Process (installation of medical equipment) and actively involved in the Order Acquisition (sales) Process. • Leading the project team to ensure in delivering projects on time, on budget and to the required standard.• Working together with the sales team / Key Account Manager to support the Order Acquisition Process (OAP). • Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and the real customer need. • Creating project plans / budgets and performing risk assessment during the OAP to meet Customer needs and to create a beneficial quote. • Being the main interface with the customer during the project from inception to handing over.• Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.• Conducting a weekly review of installation and project plan with all stakeholders. • Managing risks and customer issues, and ensuring that the project stays within budget and on-time. • Organizing the execution of the actual installation and required user training.
