Compiled and tracked execution of total IT budget (in the order of 10€mio annually, including capital spend, expenses and people cost); Staffed IT team (recruits and full time contractors) and compiled role descriptions; Developed the IT vendor ecosystem- Enabled within days remote work for Call Center and Head Office during Covid-19 lockdown- Launched a new data network for all stores, enabling next level customer experience and engagement- Migrated E-Commerce platform from Amazon cloud (AWS) to Microsoft Azure, transitioning respective support vendors- Launched the company’s new omnichannel commerce capability platform

Reporting to the CTO.Headed IT Operations, responsible for all IT infrastructure, applications and user support; Compiled and managed the operational IT budget; Leading a team of 3 direct and 19 indirect reports.- Led the primary data center migration to a Managed Infrastructure Service on Private Cloud- Launched ITSM practices to transform IT Operations- Introduced Digital Workplace practices based on Office 365

Reporting to the Group CFO.Head of the Group Information Technology function, responsible for group IT strategy, infrastructure and applications projects and services; Negotiations and management of vendors, including Microsoft, Infor, SAP, Check Point, and other; Total team headcount of 51, of which 5 direct, 17 indirect reports, and 29 dotted line (local entities’ IT); Responsibility for IT budget of the Group in the order of €5mio annually (capital spend, expenses and people cost).
