Initially my focus was more on settling down the R&D capability, transfering activity from the UK to our then low cost center (Cape Town) and initiating new product development of 2nd and 3rd major products, but later grew to include post acquisition integration from a product perspective and even starting and building out large capabilities example the offshore business in Bangalore, India. In September 2004 I was appointed Director of the Intec Systems Ltd entity in South Africa and I retired from INTEC at the end of July 2007 to focus more on start-up work.
