Passionate and dedicated arts and culture management professional with a strong theoretical foundation and practical experience in curatorial, managerial, and promotional roles. I currently work as Expert Coordinator of Exhibitions and Events at the National Gallery of Bulgaria.Completing a Master's degree in Arts and Culture Management at Rome Business School helped me expand my knowledge and enhance my project development skills in the artistic and cultural sector. I worked in a team setting on creating and successfully defending a Capstone Project dedicated to developing a marketing management strategy and program for attracting and retaining younger visitors to the MAXXI museum for contemporary art in Rome, by creating a framework for establishing a Youth Collective. In my previous roles, I focused on researching and promoting contemporary glass art on both national and international platforms. I hold a BA in Art History, with my thesis centered around the captivating world of Murano Glass Art. During my undergraduate studies, I had the privilege of completing two internships at prestigious institutions, the Bulgarian National Gallery and ‘Structura’ Gallery for contemporary art. These experiences exposed me to diverse curatorial and managerial approaches, strengthening my understanding of the intricacies of the art world. My time as a Media and Communications Manager volunteer for the International Biennale of Glass in Bulgaria enhanced my abilities in communication, organization, problem-solving, content creation, and collaborative teamwork. Through these experiences, I developed a solid foundation in exhibition production, artist relationship management, and the effective implementation of marketing strategies.
