Project manager in a foreign investment conducted by NSPA for the state of Poland.Among the tasks completed in this position were:-Verification of the development of the project according to the deadlines and cost predetermined inconstruction works contract.-Orientation communication and verification and with the subcontractor groups according tothe schedule of works, the implementation project and the contracts related to the parties involved.-Communication with the Design Group and the Supervisory Group in case of worksunforeseen in the project for a concrete, fast, practical solution and withminimal cost.-Compilation of daily reports on work progress, communication and coordination withthe works supervisor and the Investor's representatives according to the formatinternational.-Compilation/control of monthly invoices for subcontractors as well as monthly invoices directed to the investor according to the international format.-Compilation of the technic object documentation .-Verification and updating of the volumes presented in the As Build works estimate. Compilation of the AS-BUILT Project as well as the volumes tables, the final preventive measure, etc.

Collaboration with local municipalities such as Tirana Municipality in civil work services such as infrastructure, buildings, building restorations etc.Among the main tasks were:-Verification of the development of the project according to the deadlines and cost predetermined inthe construction works contract.-Orientation communication, and verification with subcontractor groups orcontractors according to the schedule of works, the project and the contracts related to the partiesinvolved.-Communication with the Design Group and the Supervisory Group in case of unforeseen works on site for a concrete, fast, practical solutionwith minimal extra costs.-Compilation of monthly reports on work progress, communication and coordination withthe supervisor of the works and the representatives of the Investor.-Compilation/control of monthly invoices for subcontractors as well as situationsmonthly contract with the investor.-Preparation for the progress of various consecutive works so thatthe transition between them should be with minimal time loss.- Communication with suppliers, preparation of orders according to the necessary volumes such asand reconciliation with the company's financiers.-Responsible for safety at work, compilation of reports, monthly instructions according to conditionsof safety at the construction site as well as the verification of compliance with the conditions in question throughoutthroughout the implementation of the contract.-Compilation of object documentation and technical-legal file-Verification and updating of the volumes presented in the final construction estimate of works.
