A brief history of my company:GEN-KA was founded in 1981.Very soon we established a strong position in the Greek market, managing to grow from a small cleaning services company to a big facility services S.A., without losing our anthropocentric character.Within the last 5 years, GEN-KA has presented, on average,an approximate growth of 10% in turnover and its workforce, acquiring multiple big accounts.At the same time our active participation in co-founding the ECS network contributed to the expansionof our presence in Europe through strategic alliances and also through the know-how we exchange with our cooperators’.At GEN-KA, not only have we managed to change our dynamics, but also enhance our vision,by keeping unchanged and non-negotiable values that are consistent with the immediate response and flexibility, elements that eliminate the customer-business relationship and introduce the concept of Partner.
