- Supervise customer's activity to prevent fraudulent and maleficent use of the company's product and offers .- Handle various alerts forthwith , regarding customer's betting / transaction behavioural changes . - Detect links between suspicious betting customers to identify Group activity or multi-accounting issues and act towards preventing them proactively .- Monitor customer's transactions to pinpoint and prevent possible Money Laundering cases .- Analyze customer's betting patterns to prevent Bonus / Offer Abusing .

-Authorization of payments & risk evaluation-Managed the status of accounts and balances to identify inconsistencies-Updated accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments-Monitoring of possible money laundering transactions and communication of suspicions by submitting appropriate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to Risk Team-Online payments (Immediate Bank Transfers)-Daily reconciliations with suppliers and banks and resolve discrepancies-Creation a presentation, describing the payments instructors and methods-Cash flow reports-Experience using Issue Management Software (Atlassian Jira), CRM systems and practices
