Providing end to end Software Delivery (Distribution/Installation/Activation) on VLTs network for Production Environment.• Planning and implementation of product roll out (OS and Games) & deployment planning. • Working in close collaboration with internal teams (Product, Technology, Business) and vendors over product definitions and product roadmap. • Monitoring the S/W setup of VLTs,ensuring readiness with the latest updated S/W profiles and game technical audit.• VLTs Network Configuration(VLT Terminals & System Modules) & System Provisioning according to the approved standards.• UAT/QA Testing on Software deployment tasks(regression,new system features and /or Modules) in development/CAT environment ,creation of test cases, progress tracking using Software Development & Integration tools (JIRA, ALM),in a agile testing life cycle.• Develop problem solutions/workarounds by describing requirements, studying system capabilities and limitations,analyzing and implementing alternative solutions to production environment.• Providing Technical Analysis and Requirements for VLT terminal OS & System Change Requests.

• Provide quality technical support services via phone, e-mail & online portal through inbound & outbound communication to business partners on VLT's Network equipment. • Delivers first contact resolution on a variety of technical issues based on available technical manuals and tools by adhering to standards and guidelines.• Escalate the technical issues based on agreed troubleshooting procedures and follows up to ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet the SLA.• Support remotely the on-site field engineer personnel where needed by utilizing all the provided management tools .• Maintains end to end ownership of technical issues & recommends improved solutions.• VLT Configuration changes.

• Providing quality technical support via phone, email & online portal for broadband (ADSL/VDSL/vpu /satellite), voice & Pay tv issues. • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues based on available technical manuals and tools by adhering to standards and guidelines. • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure that incidents are resolved.
