By understanding the trends, dynamics, and real situations, we can make informed decisions and take necessary measures to address mental health challenges.💬 Our procedure begins with an online screening using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). This comprehensive questionnaire provides a preliminary understanding of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). If required, participants may be guided to additional questionnaires, such as the Beck Depression Scale, the Mississippi Scale for Civilian PTSD (CMS), or the Spielberger Anxiety Scale (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, STAI), to gain a more accurate assessment.💡 For individuals whose condition is not critical, we offer assistance through our Friend bot. This resource provides light support, offering recommendations and tools to help improve mental well-being.🤝 In critical cases, we provide personalized recommendations for one-on-one or online consultations.
