JOB PURPOSEResponsible for liaison between the IT function and business areas, in order to determine the suitable solution that will satisfy end users requirements within the ERP suite. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFunctional• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those must base their work on the requirements.• Gather increasingly complex end user requirements using minutes of meetings documents, requirements workshop, surveys, site visits and business process description and convert business requirements needs into IT specifications.• Integrate with third party solutions.• Identify options for potential solutions and assess for both technical and business suitability.• Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.• Work closely with developers, administrators and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.• Document and provide training to end user and the key user on the new system.• Design and generate the users reports.• Implement the required solution using the standard implementation methodology.
