⮚ Finalization of Monthly Accounts of the Company and submission of the Profit & Loss account and the Balance sheet to the GM Accounts & Finance⮚ Attending Sales Tax Audit (Vat200)⮚ Attending Other Statutory Compliance⮚ Like e@TDS, FBT, ESI , PT & PF. ⮚ Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow statements and furnishing the same to the GM Accounts & Finance and the Management.⮚ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.⮚ Ensure optimum utilization of funds.⮚ Controlling and supervising banking operations⮚ Liaison with different Bank authorities, statutory authorities, and key customers.⮚ Monitoring the Bank Position and preparation of day-to-day Bank Position statements to the Manager Operations.⮚ Passing of the expense voucher and verifying the accounting.⮚ Generating the Accounts Payable ledger and making the payment forecast and projection.⮚ Classifying the payments as per the terms and incorporating in MIS the schedule of payments for the month and projected payment schedule for the next three months.⮚ Making monthly MIS statements with the Profit and Loss Account and Cash flow statements.⮚ Reconciling the Group company balances⮚ Furnishing Monthly MIS reports to the GM Accounts & Finance and to the Management

⮚ Monitoring debtors’ realization and Ageing.⮚ Maintaining of Depot Operations. ⮚ To Co-ordinate with Contractors twds Vehicle, Labor Movement.⮚ Participation in the Income Tax & Sales Tax/Vat Audit Work.⮚ Preparation of Debit & Credit Notes.⮚ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation

⮚ Issue of TDS certificates (Form No.16A) for Contractor, Advt, Prof.Charges, Rent & Commission, (Form 16) for salaries.⮚ Issue of Statutory forms (“G”, “H”, “F” & “C”).⮚ Preparing of Vouchers, Verification of Pay sheets, ESI, PF & Prof.Tax Statement Etc.⮚ Stock, Debtors, Creditors, and Bank Reconciliation.⮚ Packing & Raw Material Reconciliation.
