• Certification through the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS) by Mark Wills; insured, licensed, and bonded.• Ensure all lender requirements are met by having borrower's complete documents correctly and notarizing those that require it. • Perform quality checks on loan paperwork and ship or hand deliver the documents to the lender in a timely manner.• Comply with privacy laws safeguarding borrower’s financial information and properly disposing of non-processed paperwork with personal and financial data.• Increase customer satisfaction by facilitating the end-to-end closing process, collecting funds, and explaining post-closing process to mortgagee.• Perform accounts payable and receivable duties.

• Responsible for pre-need insurance quotes and sales.• Establish sales goals for pre-need customer base.• Provide courteous, efficient, dignified customer service.• Review customer’s existing plans to make appropriate judgement decisions.• Maintain continuing education required for insurance license.
