Founded in 2002, Kotrack Inc has become the one of the biggest Undercarriage Parts supplier in Korea, having 32 dealer in 30 countries. Trade Mark of Kotrack is KTR which is well-known in USA, Indonesia and Middle East Market. Kotrack is now developing OEM business with prominent manufacturers in emerging market. With Hydraulic engineers who had job carrier at Daewoo Group, Kotrack is supporting OEM customer so that they may localize construction machinery in their country.

Under the support of the government of KOREA, Kotrack invested to Philippines for Manganese Mining. Together with governmental organization KORES(www.kores.or.kr), KOTRACK MINING, headed by Jay Lee explored several prominent site in Botolan, Philippines, and found meaningful deposit of Manganese. Due to the recession and material cost drop, its operation is temporarily holding.

As a mechanic engineer, Jay Lee had been develop OEM parts for world major construction machinery company such as HITACHI, SUMITOMO, CATERPILLAR, JCB, O&K in 1990's. He was also participate for automobile parts developing project for SUZUKI, GM, VW, Nissan. Most of item he developed are first item that ever exported to overseas market.
