I handle 10+ Entities across globe and my role has the following responsibilities• Bookkeeping ensuring its hygiene, created and monthly monitoring of prepaid trackers, reviewing provisions, monthly review of financials, conducting general ledger review and ensuring timely closure of books (T+5 days) with accuracy.• Coordinating with external auditors (Baker Tilly, Kreston Menon, Morison Menon, Protiviti and MMJS) for timely closures of audits, preparation of financials as per the local framework. Ensuring local statutory compliances are being inline and all certificates (like Zakat, ICV, IKV, TL) are renewed before due date• Driving down the DIO and cash conversion of inventory for stock greater than 30 days in connect with procurement team. Highlighting any delays to the management for proper action• Reviewing indirect taxes across regions and making sure there are no defaults and are inline with books.• Monitoring employee claims, providing dashboards to management and suggestions on cost saving. • Managing and reviewing intercompany transactions and sharing timely reconciliation for closure of balances.• Performing variance analysis on a monthly basis to clients and revisiting budgets on a quarterly basis• Forecasting business plan and help clients in achieving targets
