Working as a BI Architect for Boeing’s 2nd Century ERP project (Greenfield implementation). The purpose of this project is to convert multiple legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA system with BW/4HANA as a Data Warehouse. Developed multiple BI related strategies after studying the current business model and the landscapes. Adheres to company documented development standards, best practices & the approval process.Responsible for creating BI Strategy at the Enterprise level for Greenfield implementation.Delivered Business Objects BI Platform Strategy with tools selections & Data Temperature Management Strategy with data archival at the Enterprise level. Provided technical leadership to the Business Groups and to the Cross Value Stream level to adopt the Strategy.Provided guidance and training to the Value Stream members (like P2P, C2R etc.) and other team members.Worked closely with the SAP Management team for the best practices, Standards, & capabilities.Performed architecture & Design model reviews for the existing business process, established development & delivery process, designed project execution plan.Performed POC’s on Embedded Analytics creating CDS views in S/4HANA and rendering the data through OData Services in Fiori & Business Objects. Data extractions (Full / Delta) using CDS views to BW/4HANA & Other DB.

SAP BI Lead 2011 to date Co-Lead SAP BW on HANA & ECC on HANA migration projects. Hands on deliverable's includes BW Pre HANA upgrade readiness like upgrade to NW 7.4, cleaning & reducing the BW footprint. Co-Responsible for the HANA governance, SOX Audit & DR. Lead role in multiple HANA upgrades to 85.05/102.03/102.06. Heavily involved in 2 HANA Finance projects from POC to Dev to PROD by getting the SAP & NON SAP Finance data to HANA & report out using Business Objects tools. Designed and delivered an Engineering solution to migrate BW InfoSpokes to Open Hub destination (1200+). Led multiple SAP BW maintenance releases and managed multiple downtimes. Delivered HANA modeling training for developers in US.BO Architect & Capability Engineer (Apr 2011 to date): Spearheaded the BO migration project using CTS+ functionality to migrate the BO objects to Prod by integrating SOLMAN. Overall effort paved the way to Self Service. Architect'ed and Managed the 2 BO migration projects. Hands on experience in Migrating Finance BO standalone (3.x) to Enterprise environment (4.x). This reduced Platform support costs around $125K for Finance. Designed and Developed the Enterprise BO security model, POC, developed & implemented across path to prod. AWS services were used for external BO customer. Led the BO Upgrade projects from BO client version to Enterprise version for 2 different Finance applications from POC, design & implementation. Published multiple Knowledge Articles and Technical Documents. Co-lead for BO Governance, SOX audit and Disaster recovery. Delivered multiple BO Developer training to new BO developers (200+) in US, Costa Rica, and India.

IRIS Service Management System (Aug 2003 – APR 2005):IRIS is a vendor-based application used by the Broadcasting & Professional services group. The system is composed of several modules. There were many interfaces to SAP BW, SIS, GL, AP and Taxware.Data Warehouse Apps Business Objects (Feb 2000 – APR 2003)Heavily involved in design, development and implementation of the In-house Data warehouse application (Sybase) for the Sales & Marketing group to keep track of Forecast, Budget, Sales & Inventory information. Interfaces are SAP BW, Mainframe & others
