The World Bank Group prepared an analytical report on the Corporate Governance and Financial Performance of the Commercial State-Owned Enterprise Sector in Cameroon. The scope of the SOE sector review included (i) the development of an SOE performance monitoring and assessment tool and (ii) An SOE sector diagnostic, including a review of the legal framework for commercial SOEs, their corporate governance practices, and their financial performance.As a local consultant I was in charge of the design and implementation of the SOE performance monitoring and assessment tool.
