As a member of the adidas management team I contribute to store profitability by ensuring KPIs for a defined area within the store are met or exceeded. As a Visual Merchandising Manager I design in store visual displays, and execute the design decisions of myself and sometimes others. In either case, I am responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity. It is my job to be the store's brand gatekeeper, ensuring that the image and style of the company is projected at all times. As I execute visual presentation changes, I move merchandise, shelving, and fixtures. I also change signs, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of fixtures, signage, lights, and equipment.-Ensures all windows and In Store Communications are presented to a high standard including mannequin dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication.- Assist in developing floor standards, visual merchandising, customer service standards, and sales techniques.- Assist with proper merchandising execution to maximize sales, earnings, and customer satisfaction.- Provide excellent service consistent with the property core service standards and brand attributes.- Maintain a clean and organized selling area, replenishes stock as needed.- Direct customer request to Pro Shop management.- Suggest items and quantities for re-order.-Update mannequins on a weekly basis.- Is aware of store and individual targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all resources available within the store. -Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment. -Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals. -Communicates a desire for ongoing learning and welcomes all available opportunities to increase individual and store performance. -Makes themselves available to support other team members when needed.

Before and after every show I was there eager to help fully set up the booth and take it down and making sure that it was shipped to the next trade show.
