Responsible for the implementation and process improvements of the Humana Practitioner Assessment Form (PAF)• Implementing an audit process for the PAF by reviewing, auditing, and tracking incoming PAFs for quality and completeness to ensure contracted providers comply with program, compliance and legal guidelines while collaborating with other MRA areas for additional audit needs • Serving as SME of the Electronic Practitioner Assessment Form via virtual demonstration (ePAF) by promoting, educating, and training market representatives and providers on the tool • Leading and developing the Approved PAF Electronic Medical Record program by standardizing and updating provider contract language and training materials, tracking alternate PAF requests and initiating approval process with MRA medical director while communicating results to the markets• Influencing providers that are actively participating in the Paper Humana Practitioner Assessment Form (PAF) program to transition to the EMR based PAF by creating a transition strategy and acting as the Internal Pilot Leader • Developing and launching various other PAF program pilots by testing and learning within specific markets• Updating PAF policies and contracts through appropriate channels (SharePoint sites, email, websites)• Initiated process for 2018 PAF CPT code change and lead Internal Pilot: PAF face-to-face visit code requirement with appropriate claim payment code edit process while creating provider facing communications as needed
