In my career so far, I have achieved a great deal in the healthcare field, a field that I am deeply passionate about. Over the course of 15 years, I have gained extensive experience and built valuable connections that have broadened my horizons. My journey began with pursuing a nursing assistant certification while working in environmental services at a hospital, and I quickly discovered my passion for ensuring the comfort of patients under our care. However, I realized that working directly with patients took an emotional toll on me, leading me to shift toward the administrative side of healthcare. I have cherished this journey and am eager to explore further opportunities for career advancement.My ultimate goal is to become a Medical Director at an Alzheimer’s facility. The impact of Alzheimer’s and dementia on my family and friends has deepened my commitment to this cause. I have witnessed firsthand the toll it takes on both the patient and their families. I aspire to be the person who can reassure families that their loved ones will receive the best possible care.
