I was responsible for overall school operations, standard operating procedure (SOP) development and implementation, as well as the maintenance/coordination of all school data systems. I collaborated with the director of operations to ensure staff members were on-boarded on our various processes/systems and were comfortable enough to follow them. I managed all data (attendance, enrollment, behavior, family communication, etc.) and utilized it to target areas of improvement. -Championed the implementation of multiple successful SOPs that improved school wide operations. These include but are not limited to: supplies distribution, student attendance initiatives, school finance management and enrollment management.-Created and managed an attendance initiative that outlined steps for myself and my team to take which cut the percentage of chronically absent students in half for the 2018-2019 school year.-Liaised with horizontal and vertical stakeholders to identify weaknesses and implement targeted improvements to adhere to standards set by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
