As a Stylist at David's Bridal, I use active listening skills to highlight the wants and needs of my clients and help them find the perfect dress for their occasion. In my time at David's Bridal, I have become one of the top salespeople at my store, and am highly motivated to perform well. There are times when I am booked with multiple brides at once and must multitask and manage my time correctly to give all of my customers 5-star customer service, while also solidifying their sales. At the end of each appointment, I use my in-depth knowledge of our computer systems to check out my clients and answer any questions that they may have about their next steps. When I am not helping a bride find her perfect gown, you can find me greeting guests and booking appointments at the welcome desk, answering consumer questions over the phone, or brainstorming with management about solutions to potential problems.

At Texas Roadhouse I greeted and served a high volume of guests regularly, took and memorized their orders, as well as processed their transactions on the computer system. I also worked with my team members to get as much food out of the kitchen as possible, including the items that were not my own tables. We frequently had contests to push sales which I often won, and helped to answer phones and set guests when the foot traffic got too high and the hosts needed extra help.
