Interacted with up to 40 insureds per day via phone and email to resolve questions and issues regarding claim processing and medical reimbursement. Developed spreadsheets and protocols that enhanced the organization of reimbursement processing. Produced quarterly audit reports for 3,500 FSA cardholders ensuring purchase eligibility of medical services and supplies.

Updated filing systems, executed document scanning and data entry of new enrollees. Consulted with premium administrators in order to print and process up to 1,800 insurance cards for 80 clients. Coordinated with COBRA administrators to prepare 20 terminated employees’ COBRA packets per week.
