As a talent acquisition intern at Sapura Energy Berhad, one of the leading oil and gas companies in Malaysia, I support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions. I also assist in conducting interviews, preparing reports, and updating the database. I have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills that enable me to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and candidates. In addition to my internship, I also work as a cashier at KK Group of Companies, a retail chain that operates over 400 outlets nationwide. I handle cash transactions, customer service, and inventory management. I have gained valuable experience in customer relations, sales, and teamwork through this role.I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in Islamic finance, at Universiti Selangor. I have a keen interest in learning about the principles, practices, and products of Islamic finance, and how they can contribute to the social and economic development of the country and the region. I am also involved in various extracurricular activities, such as the Islamic Finance Club, the Business Society, and the Volunteer Club, where I hone my leadership, networking, and organizational skills.My goal is to become a professional in the field of Islamic finance and to apply my knowledge and skills to help businesses and communities achieve their financial and social objectives. I am eager to learn from the best and to explore new opportunities and challenges in the industry.
