• Managing the operations activities from start to end like project budgeting, vendormanagement, Data acquisition, Data Processing and Delivery• Coordinating with the Data Acquisition team• Managing the Data Processing team to keep up the delivery on time• Interaction with the Clients for addressing their queries and getting the feedbacksfrom them• Coordinating with development team in sharing inputs and feedbacks on the product

Completed preparing basemaps in GIS / CAD environment for 42 towns of Karnataka. Currently leading a team of 10 people who are involved in the quality control of the data which is outsourced to the consultants. Responsibilities include • Preparing technical documentation for the projects like Standard operating procedures(SOP's), Terms of Reference (official contract document) and other standards and procedures• Allotting work to the team members• Project tracking• Taking part in review meetings at department / KUIDFC and providing feedbacks on the status of the project• Conducting meetings with the consultants to resolve the technical issues• Periodical reporting on the progress of the project• Providing quality assurance / approval of the digital data. • Documentation of all the process / procedures involved in map making
