I currently work as the Operations Manager at Nordson-CyberOptics, a technology leading company. Nordson-CyberOptics is manufacture for high precision sensors and capital equipment systems for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), and Semiconductor gauges. I am responsible for the Operations department and executing the yearly operating plan focusing on meeting the revenue forecast. I have a wealth of knowledge in Manufacturing, product flow, improve productivity, Quality, and Supply Chain that enables me to be successful.In my previous roles as an Manufacturing Engineer, I held numerous lead engineering positions that strived to continuously improve the manufacturing process and development of new products.
