• Pneumatic Press Operation: Operated pneumatic press machines, configuring them to press armatures based on specific requirements. Made necessary adjustments to settings, such as pressure and duration, to achieve.
• Small Angle Grinder Production: Contributed to the manufacturing process of small angle grinders, potentially including tasks such as assembly, testing, and quality control checks. Worked in coordination with team.
• Quality Control: Conducted meticulous inspections of armatures before and after the pressing process to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. Identified and rectified defects such as.
• Machine Maintenance: Performed routine maintenance on pneumatic press machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Communicated any significant equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance.
