Main achievements: building a unique franchisee bank system, which shows its vitality in sales performance (2013 balance sheet: 12 branches, 10 mio EUR revenue) and clients satisfaction (101 TRIM index 2013, measured by TNS)

Main accountabilities: responsibility for 14 retail branches with cca 160 employees, people management, retail network sales and service strategy implementation for mass, upper mass, affluent clients and SME Main achievements: creation and implementation of unique clients services (after pilot used for all Tatra banka branches as best practice). Best regional TRIM index in retail network (clients satisfaction) in 2010.

Main accountabilities: new affluent segment strategy creating and implementation, responsibility for financial results of the segment with 50ths clients, servicing by 110 personal bankers and almost 40 branch managers.
