- Managing IT Customer Support, IT Application Support, IT L2 Desktop Support, IT L2 Infrastructure Support groups and their teamleaders. These groups providing IT support to the GLS Eastern Europe region, 7 entities: Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia;- Creating and implementing IT & Information Security strategy according to the company visions;- Implementing ITSM on the company level with a focus on incident management, change management, operations management and CMDB;- Coordination of information security tasks on the regional level;- Keeping ISMS policies up to date and enforcing their usage;- Improving and maintaining information security KPIs (Vulnerability Management, Awareness, Audit remediation, Pentest finding fix, Risk management);- Management reports (KPI, Risks, NIS 2, GLS Group projects);- Cooperation with the Global SOC, Security Architecture and Governance teams;- Coordination of pentests;- Usage of InfoSec technical tools: Rapid7/Qualys, Eramba GRC, Hardenize, Delinea Secret Server, KnowBe4, Jira, etc);- Dataprotection/GDPR support;- Preparation for internal and external audits;- Auditing (IT & InfoSec) GLS entities;- NIS 2.0 compliance gap assessment & implementation project management.

- Providing IT support to the GLS Eastern European region and its customers (6 GLS entities: Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia)- Managing IT Support L1 & L2 teams;- Defining responsibilities and substitutions;- Providing IT support, coordinating daily helpdesk operations of the team based on defined SLAs;- Monitoring systems supervision, managing problems to be solved;- Developing and documenting processes;- Increasing efficiency by introducing MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit);- Monitoring the operation of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting.

- High knowledge in electronic technologies due to work with electronic components;- Understanding manufacturing workflow in EMS;- Developing Microsoft Excel macros to speed up the work and generating of reports;- Develop supply base and Supply Chain strategies that are unique to customer or for Business Unit Strategic materials Handling customer claims and rejections- Negotiate terms and conditions that protect the best interest of Jabil and its customers. Negotiate liability terms, special stocking arrangements, and other agreements that are outside of standard Jabil terms and conditions.- Maintain a good working knowledge of Supply Chain Management, electronics industry, supply base, pricing process and strategies, and e-Commerce tools - Improve sourcing options by working with Jabil’s internal resources and customers to add Jabil preferred and/or strategic suppliers to customer’s Approved Manufacturer’s List (AML). - Analyze and project component purchase prices that accurately reflect the inventory value for a financial period per Jabil’s Standard Costing process.
