During my time in student organization IAESTE (The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience) I moved from candidate to member, and then within half a year I got to the position of local leader in graphic design in Bratislava. For the future, I also have ambitions for the position of national leader for graphics, too. What means, that I will have to do graphic stuff for the whole country (what I do now too, because pf the fact, that I become leader in capital city, or in the biggest local committee), as well as control and correction of other graphic materials. As a leader, I have learned to lead people to the target. To support them, to help them, but also to push them to work.
