Lead Developer And Line Manager
Lead Developer :- Lead team of 8-10 people with BA, Frontend dev, Backend dev, Designer, Manual and Automate testers- Design and implement microservice architecture on solution and enterprise level for .Net Core 3.1 and React Redux Toolkit- Require non-functional requirements from team such as testability, static code analyzing and linting- Define sprint goals and make sure to reach current objectives- Work with BA team to prioritize features- Create initial requirements and proposals for upcoming new projects, including various sectors: CRM, CMS, Online Marketing platforms, Banking and many smaller project for individual customers- Design and Develop a self-hosted on-premise CRM system in microservice architechture while collaborating with a project team of 40 people- Design and implement company-wide practices for Azure Devops CI/CD and Kubernetes deployments- Create and maintain infrastructure in AzureLine Manager- Mentor and tutor newcomers, seniors and architects- Train and prepare colleagues for promotions from juinor to medior, medior to senior, senior to architect and architect to enterprise architect- Create quarterly reviews and feedback sessions for 15 people, while having 1-1 meeting biweekly- Being an evangelist for innovation and people management to shape fellow colleagues- Interview candidates and train other managers for the interview processes
