During the projects, we gradually transitioned from classic project management to agile management, so starting the use of the related scrum tools also played a role in my days.

During my work as an office manager and project assistant at a company dealing with IT operations (which in the meantime joined DataForce Rendszerház Zrt. through a merger with ReignSoft Zrt.), I developed high-level organizational skills that enabled efficient office operations and successful project management support . In addition, I contributed to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company through continuous communication and the efficient performance of administrative tasks.

During my work at BM National Fire Protection, I gained versatile experience. In the beginning, I worked as a data recorder, where I established my accurate and efficient data management skills. Later, I became familiar with the operational processes of the organization as a branch case manager, and then successfully applied my high-level organizational skills and communication skills in order to ensure efficient administration and close cooperation in the position of assistant secretary to the director at the headquarters.

I worked as a daycare teacher, showing outstanding skills in the field of raising children. During my experience, I successfully developed my pedagogical skills and cooperation skills. Thanks to my educational background, I am extremely aware and proactive, I am able to support teams and help the processes that are necessary for the successful implementation of the project.
