Bio:Previously, she founded and sold the first coding bootcamp company in Switzerland, Master21 Academy. During her time as managing director, they taught 1000+ people the basics of coding, so they could competently “speak tech”. Melanie was featured in several media outlets, such as Forbes, CNN Money Switzerland, Handelszeitung, Women in Business, and Annabelle, won the Female Innovation Recognition award, became Forbes30under30 and gave a TEDxtalk. Before that, she worked at the renowned digital agency, Ginetta, where they design and develop simple and beautiful web applications for startups and corporates. Melanie studied International Management, Human-Computer Interaction Design, and Creative Leadership. Melanie’s mother tongue is (Swiss) German, she speaks English fluently, has Hungarian roots, and loves practicing her Spanish ever since she lived in Madrid.
