I teach and coach students and professors from UZH and ETH about entrepreneurial thinking & doing, value proposition design & testing, business models, building a great team and creating a winning pitch, as part of the Business Concept Course, funded by Innosuisse, delivered by ZHAW and Impact Hub Zurich.

In 2016, Master21 conducted Switzerland’s first coding bootcamp. Achievements: Fostered "Code Literacy". Founded and built up the company to a team of four core team members and 20 freelance coding coaches. Reached 1100+ business professionals in code evenings, code weeks, bootcamps and inhouse training with clients such as Ringier, Deloitte, Informatiktage and HWZ University of Applied Sciences. Initiated by startup days and SICTIC, to increase diversity in the Swiss startup ecosystem. Mandated to build up and lead the initiative by startup days. - Created a community of 43 Member Organisations- Created and launched the Collective Map with 50 organisations that provide resources in 7 categories, so that female founders find what they need to thrive. - Moderated a Roundtable with 30+ organisations, where we aligned on our shared priorities and created 3 Working Groups to collaborate across organizations on: “Role Models”, “Access to Funding” and "Public support”. Regular check-in calls, to move forward on our shared priorities. - Hosted two sold-out Gatherings with 100+ female founders, investors and decision-makers. Because we're #strongertogether.

We designed, launched and delivered the JOY Accelerator program, a 12-week LIVE online course, for women who want to build a business they love, without burning out. In addition, we built a community and hosted women's circles.
