In 2001, I was admitted to the German language faculty of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Budapest. The first 5 semesters were in German, and then I won a scholarship to the Technical University of Karlsruhe for the 6th semester. At the BME my major was Mechanical Engineering and Materials Engineering. I wrote my diploma thesis in 2006 at Audi Hungária's tool factory, in which I presented the design steps and process of a car body device. In the autumn of 2006, I was offered a job as a design engineer at Audi Hungária's tool factory, which I accepted. Here I delved into the mysteries of device design using the CATIA 3D engineering design software. In 2011, I decided to broaden my horizons further and learn about prototype engine manufacturing, so I joined the recently established MAC (Motorenanlaufcenter) team. During my years here, I not only learned the process of building experimental engines but also worked on engine development in Neckarsulm for 9 months in 2012. These were months of international networking and learning about V-Diesel engines, where I made many friends and got to know the German culture even better. In 2015 I obtained the IPMAC Project Manager qualification.In 2018, I moved to Niketrans Targonca Ltd., a well-known forklift company, to the position of Strategy Director. My role is to implement company-wide developments and explore new business areas. Under my leadership, among other things, we implemented the new Business Central ERP system and our forklift webshop. I have mapped out new and new suppliers, which has resulted in more and better suppliers being available to our customers. My aim is that there is no material handling equipment or task for which our company cannot offer a solution. Since 2024, I have been certified as a forklift expert by TÜV-Süd, which has given me an even better understanding of forklifts and self-propelled personnel lifts. My main motivation is to learn more about lifting and material handling machines and the Caterpillar and Hangcha models we sell. As they say, a good priest learns until he dies.

I had the honour of coordinating V-Diesel engine projects. This projects were very special kind of simultaneous engineering, which ment, that we worked parallel with other departments. In 2011-2012 I was resident in AUDI AG Neckarsulm, where I could got to know the whole V-Diesel Engine Constuction Department. I collected not just a lot of technician and project knowledge, but a lot of friends of mine. Between 2013-2015 I worked in V8 Diesel projects. After a short while I had an offer to try VW projects for WOB so I could get to know the style of german projetleaders.In 2014 I had the honour of starting the Talent programm of Audi, which ensured me a lot of kind of off the job seminars (like stress control, time management, basic rules of leadership, presentation, etc.) and on the job trainings. In 2016 I succeed the certification of IPMA as an IPMA C project leader. With my talent team we worked out 2 successful projects for Audi:- Implementing Study of Automated Guided Transport for the vehicle spare parts transportation- Digital Data Identification in the vehicle manufacturingIn 2017, 2018 I had the chance to get to know the Audi vehicle program planing, where I could coordinate the teamwork of 10 colleagues.I am thankful for Audi for this happy and useful "work hard, play hard" years.
