Following MBA in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and holding degree of BBA from SLIIT.I have a lot more interest in working with these Machines. From my childhood, I was very familiar with computers and hardware, the software also interested in newly invented technologies so it brings me here to study and get to know a lot more about nowadays trends.Am having six months of experience in the Regional Development Bank Head office. Worked as a trainee officer. This working experience taught me a lot of things related to that respective field. Currently working at Apptimustech as HR manager. From these experiences, I've learned a lot of things related to professional life. Simply I can say that I learned about the determination and the involvement that we need to put to be successful in our professional life additionally I've learned about how much the employees' contribution is important to increase the organization's effectiveness and what is organization environment is and how it looks like.Also, I am a member of the Rotaract club of the SLIIT editor community.
