As the Vice Curator of Global Shapers at the Warsaw Hub, I managed a variety of projects and worked closely with interdisciplinary teams. This role has honed my leadership and teamwork skills, emphasizing the importance of understanding the community and effective collaboration for successful project implementation.

Working as a freelance designer, I've focused on creating intuitive user interfaces and improving user experience. I frequently use Figma for design and prototyping to bring design concepts to life.

I delved into ed-tech design. In addition to creating internal materials and AMPHTML banners, I worked with the marketing team and creative lead to develop strategies and campaigns to increase our brand awareness.

In my 8 months at the SPLOT Program, I was involved in making prototypes for reshaping post-war Ukraine 🇺🇦 with innovative social and entrepreneurial initiatives. Most of my work was both online and face-to-face with different people from many professions and places. Along the way, I improved my communication skills, particularly in presenting projects effectively 🗣️Also, I was part of many public discussions about design research, and innovations by visiting Microsoft Office in Warsaw and talking with the Head of Microsoft Technology Center. I've been to workshops at art universities and talked with experts about design-related topics. Plus, I had the opportunity to meet and connect with many new people in the business and public sector 💻

During my 4-month internship at the City Institute in Lviv, I worked closely with another graphic designer and the head of the public relations department. Together, we brainstormed and developed a new visual identity for the institute that reflects its essence and values.
