For last 2 fiscal years.- Maintaining effective [verbal/written] communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure project efficiency.- Leader of Automation, Digitization and Analytics team (additional project on top of main IOL scope), that is responsible for new IT tools/projects used in the organization.- Business Process Expert of the Digital Base Plan tool - responsible for the adoption rate, number of Quality Incidents (QI), Change Management (CM) implementation.

- Responsible for project management for regional and cross regional projects. Daily cooperation with production and materials planning, technical teams, engineering, demand planners.- Accountable for full supply chain readiness and master data (MD) management, transitions optimizations by remnant reduction and business continuity planning.- Change management process owner - responsible for gathering all inputs and assessing risks that appear due to changes within base plane of projects.
