I’m designing, building and maintaining networks for the biggest alpine ski resort in Russia.

All IT infrastructure for Altai Tyre Plant (5000 employees) has been built by my team. My job for this company is the full life cycle of all hardware and virtualization related projects. Here are my major duties for the projects: network architecture planning, blueprints and network base block's design, purchasing decisions, hiring decisions, direct control and validation, heavy duty hardware configuration and bussiness critical system maintanance, performance validation and troubleshooting, high availability and disaster recovery designs and plans for packet and telephony networks, teaching for Cisco and VMware technologies, participation in public events as a speaker.

Several of internet access networks for ISP Barnaul.ru have been built and maintained by my team. Networks were based on Cisco network and 3Com solutions. Ethernet and DSL technologies were used. My work on this particular project consisted of planning, hiring contractors, budgeting and direct supervising of networks construction. I also was involved in an ip network field\operations engineer work when it was necessary.

Small business with five employees and the best place in the city for gamers at the same time. I was responsible for business administration, network equipment and pc hardware and software on the site.
