Assigned with HMJ Vipin Sanghi, where I assisted him with drafting of judgements, legal research and daily case briefings on matters pertaining to criminal law, service law and IPR. The experience under Lordship's guidance was enriching, considering the work eventually produced landmark judgements that addressed certain loopholes in the field of criminal investigation, the law of evidence and trial of offences relating to sexual violence.
