- Managing ~80 people at Supply Chain Department DVC, NDVC employees together- Ensuring the yearly sales target (managing NIN , DIN , COGS) and provide reliable RF numbers- Set up and maintain working processes at Warehouse (Inbound and Outbound area) - Covering all the SC related area ( Production Planning, Customer planning, Procurement, Change Coordination, Transportation, Warehouse) - CAPEX planning and leading the CI activities -Ensuring delivery to ~60 country all over the world and reach the targeted OTD, and AC2 KPI's- Continuous negotiations with customers and suppliers- SIOP planning cycles

• Managing supply from ~100 suppliers with ~15,000 parts around 35 million EUR yearly turnover• Team management of procurement & production planners • Continuous supply of production with needed components and avoid shortages• Keep inventory and UHS stock targets • Master Data Management LTC and consignment agreements, SAP setups (SS, MOQ, LT, Parity,)• U-BOL, OTD, FC accuracy, commit rate KPI’s management with all suppliers• Continuous improvements on processes, implement new projects, following and reviewing SPS• AP handling with finance, suppliers and buyers• Driving programs to meet, achieve, exceed corporate and customer targets• Headcount planning and MPP process
