• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT related both senior and entry level positions• Source potential and passive candidates through LinkedIn, direct channels, social media, internet sourcing• Conducting HR interviews with candidates and preparing feedback reports for Hiring Managers• Presenting the job offers to successful candidates and negotiating hiring conditions if required• Build and foster relationships with Hiring Managers, HR colleagues and global stakeholders• Prepare Data analysis for recruitment processes• Working daily with systems/programs such as SAP SuccessFactors, MS Office, Outlook, Confluence, Canva• Participating in or leading projects focused on continuous improvement of recruitment process, coworkers, and myself
