Since its founding in 1957 by Bishop James J. Hartley, Bishop Hartley High School has offered excellence in Catholic education. • Teach courses in Algebra I, Honors Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Honors Pre-Calculus, and College Prep Algebra and Trigonometry. • Served as Department Chair (2015 – 2018).

• Supported the overall mission of the school though planning and participating in initiatives including, but not limited to Finance/Budget, Admissions, Advancement, Government Programs, Liturgy/Campus Ministry, House System, Athletics, Extra-Curriculars, and Technology.• Supported 40 plus faculty through mentoring and instructional coaching/feedback.• Worked collaboratively with Academic Council to integrate educational initiatives, program implementation, and curriculum development.• Identified needs in professional development and works to develop and apply professional learning communities and staff in-service meetings in the areas of culture, instruction, and assessment.• Contributed to the mental well-being of students through working with school counselors, psychologists, and the Student Services Team.• Oversaw the development and execution of the school schedule and calendar, graduation testing requirements for students, substitute teaching, and faculty attendance.

• Responsible for the establishment of and the day-to-day operations of the Bishop Hartley House System (school-wide leadership and mentoring program).• Organized school-wide assemblies and daily mentor group activities that support the six pillars of Bishop Hartley.• Developed curriculum for a one-credit leadership course through the house system.• Mentored the Bishop Hartley School Captains to foster their development and application of leadership to assist administration and represent the student body.

• Designed and taught summer course EDU 60880: Student Learning through Extracurriculars.• Course description: Perspectives and practical tips for coaching sports and/or leading extracurriculars in Catholic schools with emphasis on spiritual formation, promotion of a growth mindset, goal setting, team building, and development of student leaders.• Practicum High School EDU 65036.• Led a one-week seminar on the Role of Performance-Based Assessments in the High School Classroom for first year ACE teachers during their teaching practicum experience.• Introduction to High School Teaching EDU 60026.• Co-taught course with Dr. Rachel Moreno for first year ACE teachers.
