Led the platform team that served as a Center of Excellence for cultural devops transformation within the company. Mentored delivery teams on best practices regarding cloud native architectures.- Headed college recruitment for the engineering department, with 100% attainment of top talent staying at least 3 years.- Led the delivery team of a newly acquired company in modernizing their product to be cloud native and serverless which increased the reliability while reducing the operating cost to be almost negligible . - Assisted with the technical due diligence of potential acquisitions leading to 5 successful company acquisitions over my tenure.

Led our operations team with a focus on the modernization of our applications and their delivery pipelines to reduce cost, improve reliability and quality, and decrease time to market and time to value.- Implemented our first serverless applications and assisted delivery teams in making all new applications and services serverless allowing for much faster time to market and reduced operating costs.- Implemented end to end CI/CD pipelines for our main workloads which improved quality and shortened time to value which in turn reduced developer costs.- Worked with potential investors on the technical due diligence for the company which led to 2 successful rounds of private equity funding.- Served as an interim manager for the entire infrastructure department for 8 months while maintaining consistent quality and reliability.

Developed software for both our in house CRM/ERP system and our customer facing production applications. Managed company software version control and issue tracking management systems.- Migrated our entire company product workloads to AWS with zero down time. - Developed an ORM layer for our main product allowing modernization of our development for the cloud while still maintaining backwards compatibility to our legacy systems.- Migrated our version control systems to a third party service which reduced operating costs and increased reliability. - Developed a service that allowed our desktop customers, with their databases at their locations, the ability to manage their business remotely via a website and mobile apps enabling the company to pivot to a SaaS based subscription model.
