Following SS&C’s acquisition of DST in April of 2018, Lee serves as the Head of Distribution Solutions, a group that includes data management (SalesConnect), analytics (WalletShare), consulting, and research services, all of which help asset managers to find opportunity amongst disruption.For an interim period from 2019-2021, Lee had also led a team of data scientists that work to create innovative solutions leveraging all of SS&C’s businesses across both financial services and healthcare.

Lee serves as President of the kasina Youth Foundation for Financial Literacy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that invests in nonprofits who improve the financial capability of low income youth across the country. The James Beard Foundation is an organization with a mission to celebrate, support and elevate the people behind America’s food culture and champion a standard of good food anchored in talent, equity and sustainability.The Foundation offers a variety of events and programs designed to educate, inspire, entertain, and foster a deeper understanding of American cuisine. As a member of the Programming Committee, Lee was involved in bringing world-class chefs to cook at the James Beard House in NYC, supporting the goal of "Good Food for Good"

As a co-founder of kasina, Lee was involved in overall strategic planning in addition to numerous other aspects of the business prior to kasina's acquisition in January of 2015 by DST Systems. Lee's role included:Consulting: Lee oversaw kasina's consulting team, ensuring the success of all engagements. Lee consulted closely with senior executives to innovate distribution in the financial services industry. He worked with companies seeking to develop effective strategies for interacting with their shareholders, intermediaries, and other audiences. Lee led projects ranging from comprehensive reviews of a client's distribution initiatives to tactical support for an executive's board presentation.Relationship Management: Lee was responsible for supporting a number of kasina's clients, including BlackRock, Federated Investors, New York Life / MainStay Investments, Russell, and many more.Speaking Engagements: Lee was a frequent speaker at both industry conferences and client events. Firms frequently engaged Lee to address their senior management team or sales force about topics ranging from macro-level distribution trends to wholesaler compensation to the needs of financial intermediaries.
