My responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly operation financial performance highlights in terms of Production, Turnover and EBITDA on FTM and YTD basis. Costing and budgetary analysis with respect to preparation of Budget, Latest estimates, Monthly estimates, Rolling forecast, Midterm Plan in Citrix server. Preparing presentations relating to monthly review to be presented in Exco meeting, Quarterly presentations, Monthly Actual and Budgeted Performance Report. Forecasting Net Working Capital. Updation of MIS. Comparision of regional fixed cost and other overheads with relation to budget and previous year to analyse variances and savings. Coordination with plant and other departments for variation in costs. Keeping track of Sales, NSP and Stock. Calculation of product wise EBITDA. Preparation of Reconciliation Statements. Preparation of regional finance review. Worked for a project on Fixed Cost reduction of region.
