These Ministry Directors oversee the areas of Digital Evangelism and Media, Prayer, Member Care, Coaching, and Global Training which are used to impact and support our work in 130+ countries and with our 55,000 staff worldwide. My second role as International Care Pastor is to provide spiritual care and discipleship for the International staff at our Headquarters. This includes counseling, mentoring, spiritual direction and life coaching for our office staff and families.
