• Design and implement MOP's to deploy new technology into production environment.• Support personnel on issues that require guidance• Generate training documentation• Bridge communications gaps between current department and Wholesale VoIP and Least Cost Routing departments• Provide after-hours Oncall support to ERC and NOC• Work with vendors to assist in troubleshooting complex problems• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s applications, telecommunications system integration and architecture• Motivate and excite coworkers• Provide network support for Sonus SBC 7000 and 5x00, Acme Packet Session Boarder Controllers, and Broadsoft servers• Leverage Netscout IRIS, IPI, and Network Analyzer to proactively discover network troubles

• Monitored Netcool alarms on Class 5 Switches: Siemens DCO, Nortel DMS 10, Nortel DMS 100, Lucent 5ESS, Siemens EWSD, GTE GTD5• Document severity of issue. Attempt to resolve. Dispatch technicians for resolution.• Escalated issues to Tier II
