Main:- Senior SAP HCM Consultant, independent technical SAP HR Consultant, analyst, ABAP Developer- leading analysis, development, and implementation of complex standard and customer-specific HCM solutions in client companies - Work Package Leader/"product guarantee" - coordination of small product teams (developers, consultants, testers, up to 10 members) for SAP ERP & SAP Portal-based products and solutions - analyzing with clients, implementation, and customizing- extensive experience with most parts of the full project lifecycle: analysis, blueprints, arranging meetings with customers, coordination with project management, making of acceptance documents, go-live, and after-go-live highest level support - customization of SAP evaluation schemas (sub-modules PY & PT) - analyzing and deploying specific requirements into custom schemas, creating specific rules and evaluation schemas. legal changes support for Slovak SAP Payroll- ABAP developing and SAP HCM technical support in HR module - customizing, new infotypes, enhancing standard infotypes, user-exits & BAdI deployment, IDOC's set up, LSMW, new reports for HCM in sub-modules HR-PA, HR-OM, HR-PT as a solution for customer's processes- PA, PT & PY (payroll) sub-modules integrationsOthers:- exports/imports and data connections with other information systems (attendance system, accounting, communication with banks)- data migrations from various customer systems, LSMW, IDocs, RFC- technical support for customers- realization of training courses for SAP support centers of customers (SAP HR310, SAP HR311, and others)- realizing regular internal training courses
