 Занимался тестированием аппаратных решений Интернета Вещей по направлениям LoRa, BLE, UWB-позиционирование, видеоаналитика. Занимался тестированием программных решений – IoT - платформ и других программных IoT решений. Создавал MVP, прототипы решений и демо-стенды, а также писал различную техническую документацию (HLD/LLD, технические задания, инструкции, справочные материалы) для помощи sales и pre-sales командам в продаже решений клиентам компании. Работал с вендорами IoT-решений для успешного разрешения различных технических и организационных вопросов, устранения багов и ошибок, запросов нового функционала и подготовки решений для последующих демонстраций. Выстраивал эффективную работу с продуктовыми командами и командами по развитию бизнеса для создания продуктов IoT на базе разработанных прототипов. Взаимодействовал с Центром Компетенций IoT для решения различных инженерных и технических вопросов. Проводил демонстрации, презентации и участвовал в различных мероприятиях для активного промотирования и представления IoT-решений для клиентов компании. Работал со стартапами для поиска инновационных решений с целью последующей их интеграции в продукты Orange. Выстраивал совместную работу с коллегами из глобальной организации для локализации продуктов из глобального портфолио и применения лучших практик и решений по направлению IoT.

Identification of Root Causes of bad performing cells using Radio Network Statistics and Alarms. Preparation of appropriate solutions. - WCDMA W13B / W14B Optimization: WCDMA cells antenna tilts and azimuths optimization, WCDMA parameters optimization.- Preparation of custom statistical reports for GSM, WCDMA, LTE using SAP Business Objects Desktop Intelligence / Web Intelligence (SAP BusinessObjects BI Platforms 3 & 4).- Internal improvement and innovation projects: > Innovation Driver in department: improvement management and innovation activities (innovation ideas storage, corresponding processes and procedures) inside department. > Development and further support of the internal portal, based on MS SharePoint 2010 / SharePoint Online (SPO), for department needs (knowledge base and technical library, useful links storage, certification pages).

Worked as junior researcher at research laboratory "Phase Locking" of the Scientific Department "Radio engineering systems and devices" in MTUCI.

Responsibilities and Key Accomplishments:- Information systems monitoring (including adding, removing new IT elements, changing settings and parameters of existing elements, availability and performance monitoring, inventory and change tracking, event and alert management, log monitoring) and troubleshooting.- Assisting customers with inquiries and issues relating to the information systems providing by Electronnaya Moskva.- Technical support: solving interface issues appearing on the client side.- Providing information about information systems related issues to customers (including creation of reports and logs).- Creating various working instructions for junior engineers and other employers of department.Successful projects:- Organization of the 24 - hour monitoring team of junior engineers for technical support and monitoring department (including training new personnel in use of Zenoss Core monitoring system, VMware vSphere monitoring tools, HP ITSM and internal information resources).- Administration and maintenance of the portal of department: creating new pages, information updates, site access management.
